Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item you have all rights to do so.
Please contact our support team at: support@tifiandkids.com within 30 days from receiving your order.
Our customer service will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. The complaint will be considered within 30 days.
We may ask you for a reason of return, but only for purposes of our statistics and improving quality of our products and improving the level of satisfaction of our customers If you do not want to provide specific reason for returns you don’t have to.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and must include all accessories, manuals and documentation. TiFi&Kids reserves the right to deny return from justifiable reasons, in particular when the returned item does not meet conditions specified above or there is a suspicion that the item have been used or the client abuses its right to refund (in particular by mass purchasing the items and mass returns).
*TiFi&Kids does not cover the shipping cost for returned products. Any shipping fees have to be paid by the customer.
**Please note that after 30 days from receiving your order the return will only be approved, if the product is defective, according to the rules and within the period provided by the provisions of law.
